Design and Features
After our initial meeting, it is straight to the drawing board! We will work with drafters to provide you with a concept design with the features and specifications that you?ve asked for. From there, we can make any changes or finalize the scope of work and costs associated with the project.
Estimate and Timeline
In order to avoid any surprises, we will provide you with a very thorough estimate that includes a clear description of itemized costs. In addition, you will receive a timeline during which we will work and complete the project. Our timeline will include contingencies such as weather, holidays, or even unexpected personal matters at the customer?s home.
Construction and Final Inspection
It is now time to put everything to work! We will coordinate all aspects of the job according to the timeline we have created. Throughout the entire process, we will keep open communication with you and be readily available to answer any questions or address concerns.
J.G.?s Home Improvement adheres to all state and local inspection requirements. Our project manager will walk you through the work that we have done and take you through the details of the budget.
